Data rights
Delete my data
Under UK GDPR Article 17 you have the right to have your personal data erased. Enter your email and we'll send a confirmation link. Clicking the link permanently removes everything we hold on you.
What gets deleted
- Your email address on every session you created
- Your postcode and applicant details (name, street, town)
- Any cached report PDFs we generated
- Waitlist signups tied to your email
- Email-history records we use for de-duplication
What stays (anonymised)
- Assessment answers (property type, measurements, verdicts) with all identifying fields stripped — kept so we can spot patterns across sessions without being able to trace any back to you
- Refund records with email redacted to
[redacted]— retained for audit as required by consumer-rights legislation

We'll email you a confirmation link. Click it to proceed. The link is valid for 72 hours. If you don't click, nothing happens.
You can also make a Subject Access Request (Article 15) — ask us for a copy of all the data we hold on you. Email support@planningpath.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.
